Change of Mind Returns
14-Day Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
- Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
- Returned in its original packaging.
- Include all tags, accessories, and inserts.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all change of mind returns.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund or store credit.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Report Within 7 Days
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
What We May Request
- Your order number.
- Photos of the item.
- Photos of the packaging if applicable.
If Your Claim Is Approved
- We will cover all return shipping costs.
- Offer a replacement where available.
- Provide a full refund or store credit if a replacement cannot be supplied.
Refund Processing
Original Payment Method
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Processing Time
Please allow 3–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item.
Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may be unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging.
